You may use ApplyFastly only in compliance with applicable laws, third-party platform rules, and these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, edit, or submit through the service, including resumes, cover letters, application answers, and profile details.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account or extension workflow has been compromised, contact support@applyfastly.com as soon as possible.

ApplyFastly may help organize listings, draft materials, prepare answers, or streamline application steps, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving final submissions.

You must not use ApplyFastly to submit false information, impersonate another person, violate platform rules, or engage in spam, scraping abuse, or unlawful automation.

Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions may renew according to the pricing terms shown at purchase unless canceled before the next billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a specific refund policy is stated in writing.

We work to keep ApplyFastly reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every third-party site, or any specific hiring outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, harms other users, or creates legal, security, or operational risk.
