Browser Extension

Extension Disclosure

Effective date: April 22, 2026

This page describes the user-facing purpose of the ApplyFastly browser extension and how extension-related data is handled.

What the Extension Does

The ApplyFastly extension is intended to help job seekers save relevant job listings, prepare application details, and move through supported job-search workflows from one organized dashboard.

The product is designed around a review-first workflow so users can see what is being prepared, what data is used, and what is being saved to their tracker.

What Data May Be Processed

On supported job pages, the extension may process page content such as job titles, company names, job descriptions, application questions, and user-supplied answers needed to provide the feature you requested.

The extension may also store local preferences, queue saved job items, and sync selected workflow data to your ApplyFastly account so you can continue in the web app.

How Data Is Used

Extension-related data is used only to deliver or improve the user-facing features you enable, such as saving a role, drafting tailored materials, organizing tracker activity, or preparing an application workflow.

ApplyFastly does not sell extension data and does not use it for advertising.

User Controls

You control when you sign in, when you save a job, what profile information you provide, and whether you continue a workflow in the web app.

You can remove the extension at any time through Chrome and can contact support to ask questions about data handling or account controls.

Support
